Why can't I log into my account?Updated 9 months ago

You may be unable to log in if you previously ordered as a guest. Therefore, if you wish to view your order history please select register on the my account section to access your account.

Once registered, you will be sent an email from us with a link to activate your account. Please ensure you check in your junk/spam folder if you don't receive the account activation email in your inbox within a few minutes. You don't need to be logged in to your account or activate an account to place an order. 

If you have an account which you cannot access, please click on the 'Forgot your password' link and we will email you a link to reset your password.
