When you are placing an order with us, payment will be taken at time of ordering. You can use any of the accepted payment options. We accept your order once payment has been approved and you will be sent an order confirmation email, which includes the details of your order. If you don't receive the order confirmation email in your inbox, please check in your junk/spam folder. It is important to check the details provided in your order confirmation email and ensure the delivery address is complete and correct. Please notify customer care straight away if you need to make any changes.
Plants and bulbs are shipped seasonally at the correct time for planting. Depending on the time of year, your order may not be shipped straight away. Your order confirmation email will include an estimated time of dispatch. We'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
