If no one was home at the time of delivery, the courier may leave the package in a safe location or try again on their next round. If your tracking states that the parcel has been delivered, please check the tracking for a delivery photo and/or GPS reference. Check accessible safe places around your home and with neighbouring properties as they may have taken in the package for you.
