If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order in part or full after it has been shipped or delivered, please contact customer care within 14 days of delivery and we can provide you with return instructions. Plants and bulbs are perishable - please note that due to the nature of our products, we do not offer free returns. Once returned items are received and checked, a refund will be issued.

Should there be anything wrong with the items you have received, please notify us within 14 days of delivery including photos of any items which concern you and we will be happy to resolve any issues. Depending on the circumstances, you may not need to return items to us.
