How long does delivery take?Updated 8 months ago

Typically, orders are delivered within 3 - 8 business days once shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Please note that we ship in batches and the tracking may state 'we are waiting for your parcel' or 'expecting parcel' while it is in transit. The tracking will show updates once the parcel arrives with the courier in the country of destination. 

If you are yet to receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number, please refer to our shipping schedule for estimated delivery dates.

If you are concerned that the parcel may be delayed or potentially lost, please contact customer care and we will liaise with the couriers on your behalf.
