How do I report an issue with my order?Updated 22 days ago
When your parcel arrives, please unpack it straight away and also open the packets to check the contents. If there are any discrepancies with the order then please contact customer care within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number along with the variety and quantity which are in query.
If the order is incomplete or incorrect then we will organise for replacements to be sent if available, or issue a refund for the missing items.
If there are concerns regarding the viability of the plants received then you may be required to send a photo so it can be assessed by our horticultural experts. If the item is deemed unviable, badly damaged or poor quality, a refund will be issued or replacements will be arranged if available.
