Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, cancellation will depend on the status of your order. For logistical reasons, we can't always prevent an order from being shipped if we are notified of the cancellation less than 14 days before it is due to be shipped. 

If you would like to cancel an order, please visit our Help Centre as soon as possible and request a cancellation, or contact customer care who will check the status of your order and action accordingly.
