How do I cancel my order?Updated 5 days ago

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours. After this period, cancellation will depend on the current stage of the shipping season and the status of your order. Due to logistical reasons, we cannot always prevent an order from being shipped if we are notified of the cancellation less than 14 days before it is due to be shipped. 

If you would like to cancel an order, please click on the speech bubble at the bottom right of your screen to open our online chat. The cancellation can be requested using the 'Track & Manage my orders' or using the 'Can I amend my order' option. We kindly ask that any cancellations are requested as soon as possible - we'll check the status of your order and action accordingly. If it hasn't been possible to prevent your order from being shipped or it is already on its way, the team will provide instructions for you to return the order.
