Farmer Gracy gift cards are beautifully presented and make the perfect present for plant lovers!

Gift cards are sent from the UK all year round by Royal Mail 1st Class and normally take 3-5 business days to arrive. The gift card code is unique and can only be used by the recipient, there's no expiry date on our gift cards so they can be redeemed anytime.

If you have received a gift card and do not wish to spend it all at once, you don’t have to! Remaining credit may be used on future orders, there's no expiry date so you can use the balance whenever you choose. If your gift card doesn't cover the cost of your order, you will be directed to pay any remaining balance using any of our accepted payment options. If you've been given more than one Farmer Gracy gift card, you can apply multiple gift card codes to an order. Simply enter the gift card code at checkout into the space labelled 'Discount code or gift card' and click 'apply', then enter the next gift card code and click 'apply', and so on. You can also apply one valid offer code to your order by entering the offer code into the same space at checkout. If for any reason we need to issue a refund on your order, the refund will be issued to the gift card and the balance can be redeemed on a future order, or you can choose replacements of the same value as an alternative.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Discount codes are not applicable on purchases of gift cards. If you have ordered a gift card and would like to cancel your order for a refund, please contact customer care. Providing the gift card has a full balance, your order can easily be refunded. There is no right to cancel gift cards once they have been used in part or full. Farmer Gracy cannot accept responsibility for gift cards if they are lost/stolen and redeemed after they have been successfully delivered.
