Failure of bulbs and plantsUpdated 7 months ago

If you are concerned about the progress of your plant or bulbs, please contact the team to discuss the matter in further detail. Please include the following information so that our horticultural experts can provide the correct advice.

1. A list of any plants which haven't produced any shoots/leaves

2. A list of any bulbs which have not sprouted or turned soft/rotted

3. Roughly when they were planted

4. Whether they were potted or planted directly into the garden

5. If they were planted indoors or outdoors

If it is deemed that the plants have received the correct care and the plants have indeed failed due to poor plant health or quality, a credit or replacements will be arranged.

We guarantee that plants and bulbs will arrive in a healthy, viable state. They will gradually deteriorate of stored for too long and we recommend they are planted as soon as possible after delivery, while fresh. If any items do not appear healthy on arrival, please contact customer care including a photo of any items which concern you. We will replace or refund items which have arrived in poor condition.

Since we have no control over the weather, pests, sunlight, moisture, soil type or other regional factors that may impact the growth of bulbs and plants in your garden, we can't guarantee that plants/bulbs will grow under all conditions and in all climates.

Requirements of bulb and plant varieties do vary and can be very specific. Growing instructions for each plant type are provided on our website. We can't accept responsibility for bulbs and plants which have failed if grown in the incorrect conditions, planted at the wrong time, the instructions are not followed or if they are not provided with proper horticultural care.
