We expect the delivery to arrive within 3 - 8 business days once it has been shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Please note that we ship in batches and the tracking will state 'we are waiting for your parcel' while it is in transit to the courier in the country of destination. Bulbs and plants are packed carefully and should remain fresh and viable during a typical transit time.
If you are concerned that the parcel may be delayed or potentially lost, please contact customer care and we will liaise with the couriers on your behalf.
If your order is damaged in transit, please open the parcel and packaging to check the contents. If you discover any of the parcel contents are damaged, please notify customer care within 14 days of delivery, providing your order number along with details and a photo of each item affected. Any items deemed too badly damaged to grow as well as they should will be replaced or refunded.
