Damaged/poor quality itemsUpdated 7 months ago

When your parcel arrives, please unpack it straight away and also open the packets to check the contents. If any items have arrived damaged or are not fit for purpose then please contact customer care within 14 days of receiving your order.

You may not need to return the items, but you will be required to send a photo of any item which concerns you so it can be assessed by our horticultural experts. If the item is deemed unviable, badly damaged or poor quality, a refund will be issued or replacements will be arranged if available.
