We can edit an order prior to packing. The time frame for this is dependant on what stage of the season the order was placed and the status of your order. Prior to your order being processed, we can add or remove items as well as update your shipping address or contact information. 

If you would like to make adjustments to your order, please click on the speech bubble at the bottom right of your screen to open our online chat. Please select 'Can I amend my order' and we will do our utmost to amend the order for you.
