Can I change the shipping address on my order?Updated 8 months ago

If you have a pending order and the address needs to be updated, please contact our customer care team who will check if it will be possible. We can edit the delivery address on your order whilst your order is pending shipment. It is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been shipped. Once you have contacted us with details of the address change, we will do our utmost to amend it for you.
