If you have a pending order and the address needs to be updated, please click on the speech bubble at the bottom right of your screen to open our online chat. Please select 'Can I amend my order', once you select to amend the order, there will be a variety of options, including 'Change shipping address'. We will do our utmost to amend the order for you.

Please be advised that it is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been shipped.
