If you receive a damaged or unhealthy plant, we are here to help. As soon as you notice the issue, please get in touch with our customer service team and provide photos of the plant in question, if possible. Once we have verified the condition of the plant, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you on the next available shipment, or, if a replacement is not possible due to stock limitations or seasonal constraints, we will issue a refund to your account.
