What do I do if my plant has not shown any signs of growth?Updated a year ago
If your plant has not shown signs of growth, we recommend gently scraping back some of the compost to inspect for new shoots or white roots developing beneath the soil. If there's no sign of growth or the plant's crown is lifeless, mushy, or disintegrating, please contact us with a description of the issue, and if possible, send a photograph. Based on the inspection, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you promptly or provide guidance on further steps to encourage growth, depending on the plant's condition and season.
Our team is on hand to provide assistance and ensure the healthy growth of all plants purchased from us.
