All prices displayed on our website include VAT which is adjusted to the correct rate for each country in our shipping zone. Payment is taken at the time of ordering and, if placing a pre-order, this reserves the stock for you.
Often, we run special offers which will give you a discount on selected lines. You can be kept up to date about all offers by subscribing to our email newsletter.
Once your order is placed, it will be carefully prepared and packed during the estimated dispatch window specified on your order confirmation email. Very occasionally, we may need to cancel an order or part of an order. For example, if any outstanding balance is due, payment method is not accepted, a chargeback has been opened, crop failure of your selected item(s) or your delivery address is outside of our shipping area. If there is a pricing error on the website (for example, if prices are shown as zero), we reserve the right to remove the item from your order and offer you the option to order it at the correct price. You will be notified by email if your order or part of your order is cancelled.
Later introduced price variations, for example offers/sale prices, will not apply to existing orders. Sales and special offers may be introduced as we progress through the shipping season and the range of choice becomes more limited. Pending or previously shipped orders can't receive a price adjustment in such circumstances. However, depending on whether your pending order has been processed you may be able to cancel and re-order from the current sale.
