We will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link when your order is shipped. It is your responsibility to track your order and notify us if there are any problems. Typically, orders are delivered within 3-8 business days once they're shipped. There may be no updates on your tracking for several days while your parcel travels to the courier in the country of destination. Bulbs and plants are packed carefully and normally remain fresh and viable during a typical transit time.
The address will be printed on the label exactly as it is inputted on the online form when placing your order, please check your order confirmation email and get in touch with customer care if there are any errors. We cannot change the delivery address once the order has been shipped, but we will liaise with the courier and do our best to resolve the situation. We are not responsible for lost orders where the incorrect address has been supplied. Please ensure the full address, postcode and phone number are correct so that your order can be delivered securely and on time.
If you are concerned that the parcel may be delayed or potentially lost, please contact customer care and we will check your tracking, advise on the situation and take care of any delivery problems for you.
Upon delivery, open your parcel immediately including the packets that the bulbs or plants are supplied in. Read through any instruction leaflets supplied in your parcel. Planting instructions for all plant types can also be found on our website.
